Dr Phonesouk
Medical Director and
General Practitioner
MBBS, FRACGP, BSc(Med) Master of Public Health, AVMED (RAFF) DAME Australia. MRO, IMC.
He has worked at the Sydney Airport Medical centre since 2010. He graduated from UNSW 1997. Since then he has worked all over Australia in a wide variety of roles both urban and rural and has been a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) since 2008.
Resident Aviation Medicine Specialist and areas of interests/expertise are Aviation and Travel medicine, Occupational and Rehabilitation Medicine Men’s Health and Mental Health.
MRO and Injury Management Consultant with SIRA.

Dr Yuen
General Practitioner
MBBS Bachelor of Medicine, FRACGP, Bachelor of Surgery. MRO
He has completed his medical degree at UNSW in 1996 and commenced work at St George and Sutherland hospitals as a junior doctor. Dr Yuen also enjoyed several years practicing intensive care medicine at Canberra and The Hills Private hospitals. Settling in the Riverina area for over a decade he experienced all of what rural general practice had to offer, as well as practicing emergency medicine at Griffith Base hospital. It is here he began his association with the University of Wollongong medical school, becoming a Regional Academic Coordinator for the area.

Dr Benjamin Lim
General Practitioner

Occupational Medical Practitioner & Designated Aviation Medical Examiner
Originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Dr Lim completed his undergraduate studies at Emory University in the United States, earning a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience & Behavioral Biology. Prior to his clinical training, he conducted and published advanced medical research at the Harvard Brain Tissue Resource Center. He moved to Australia for his medical training, graduating from the University of Queensland in 2010.After gaining broad clinical experience as a hospital doctor in Brisbane and Toowoomba, Dr Lim focused his practice entirely on Occupational Medicine in 2012. Over the last decade, he has worked closely with a wide range of companies, collaborating with both employers and employees to facilitate safe recovery outcomes. Outside of the clinic, Dr Lim is a keen aviation enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters in Sydney.
Hannah Guanso
Registered Nurse
Hannah is an experienced Registered Nurse with a diverse background in general practice, occupational health and NSW public health, including working as a Recovery Nurse.
She holds a Certificate in Occupational Audiometry, is a Certified Drug and Alcohol Collector and Nurse Immuniser, and is an Accredited Authorised Health Professional (AHP) for Rail Safety Workers Category 3.
Passionate about helping people, Hannah takes pride in supporting the health, wellbeing and recovery of every patient, providing professional, compassionate and patient-centred care.
Outside of work, Hannah loves spending time outdoors and is a passionate wellness advocate, embracing a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Meet The Administration Team
Maryam
Practice Manager/Head Nurse
Maryam is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in general practice and primary healthcare. She commenced her career in general practice in 2006, working as a practice nurse in busy medical centres across Sydney.
Over the years, Maryam progressed into leadership roles as a Head Nurse and Nurse Supervisor. She has a strong passion for mentoring and education, enjoying the opportunity to train newly graduated nurses as well as nurses transitioning from the hospital setting into general practice.
Maryam is a qualified Nurse Immuniser and has completed training in cervical screening. She is also accredited to conduct drug and alcohol testing and audiometry.
In July 2026, Maryam joined the Medical and Aviation Centre as the Practice Manager and Registered Nurse. In this role, she combines her extensive clinical expertise with practice management skills to support high-quality patient care, staff development, and the efficient operation of the practice

Michelle has a diverse background in Allied Health and working closely with specialists

Completed her Diploma in Practice Management from AMA Training Services in 2023.

Meet The Allied Health Team
Corine Falzon
Clinical Psychologist
Corinne is a Clinical Psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has experience in the assessment and treatment of a range of mental health concerns such as Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive and related disorders, Bipolar Disorder, the effects of trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depressive Disorders, Post-Natal Disorders, sleep disturbance, stress, low self-esteem, self-harm, grief, perfectionism, and Personality Disorders.
Corinne works with adolescents and adults and is registered to provide services under Workcover. Corinne has worked in both community and hospital mental health settings as well as private practice and has a particular interest in adolescent mental health, including students struggling to complete their HSC.
Corinne’s approach is warm and compassionate and she works to identify the source of distress in order to assist clients feel empowered and work through their barriers. Ultimately, Corinne aims to assist clients develop skills and psychological approaches that result in improved mental health and wellbeing in the short and long term of their lives.
Jessica MacDonald

Jess has completed a Sports Science and Physiotherapy degree. Jess has further training in shoulder injuries and dry needling. The goal of her treatment is to combined Physiotherapy and exercise management to achieve long term change.

Peter Ledson
Physiotherapist
Bachelor of Physiotherapy
Peter is a MSK Physiotherapist with experience in both private practice and community rehabilitation, helping people recover from injury, manage pain, and return to doing what they enjoy, whether that’s everyday activities, work or sport. Peter has a particular interest in sports rehab and strength & conditioning to improve physical function and confidence. He's passionate about supporting people of all ages and abilities.
Alongside his clinical work, Peter has competed in triathlon for over seven years and represented Team GB Age Group at the European Championships, giving him a strong understanding of the physical demands of endurance sport and rehabilitation.
